Operations Controller (Freelance)

Operations Controller – West Flanders – Freelance 7 months+

For a food & beverage client based in the West Flanders area, I am looking for a freelance Operations Controller for a 7 month mission.

This role offers 1-2 days working from home per week.

Responsibilities

Monthly closing activities :

Reconciliation production data (volumes, product consumption,…).

Calculation & Analysis of direct production variance (PPV, Efficiencies, energy, product, …)

Forecast & budget :

Focus on direct production variances and product costing

Translate the sales plan into a production plan and product costing

Determine and validate the new production standards (line rate, downtime, consumptions, …)

Determine the intercompany prices

Update the new standards in SAP

Analysis and explain the evolution of total delivery bridges and variances

Reporting :

Production tracker (OEE, production volumes, downtime, …)

Ad hoc reporting to mother company

Review and validate production reporting

Reporting direct costs (consumptions, energy, …)

Skills:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in product costing.
• Solid skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• You are fluent in English. Dutch is a bonus.
